Delivery policy

Our delivery policy in a very simple in fact is of one line…. “YOU ORDER WE DELIVER”.

Delivery mode: We have our own delivery staff to deliver across Delhi NCR (limited to Delhi, NOIDA, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad). We do not intend to use third party delivery services as its time consuming and possibility of transit damages are high.

Cut off time: All the products ordered before 1400 hrs will be delivered the next day. And the products ordered after 1400 hrs will be delivered next to next day. As our automated inventory reconciliation happens at 1400 hrs.

Exclusion: We aim to be the fastest delivery company in this segment, as we understand the need for these products in offices are of top priority, but certain factors are beyond our control and needs to be figured in, e.g. harsh weather condition, heavy traffic jam, etc.

For printing solutions: We deliver in 2-3 working days, as printing and drying needs time.

Payments

  • We accept online payment through Net-banking.
  • “Cash on Delivery”, subject to minimum order.
  • Payment through cheque.
  • 15 days or monthly billing system, in case of valued customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have drafted our return and exchange policy in a very simple and straightforward manner.


We want our customers to be satisfied and happy with the products and service quality. We take utmost care in packing and delivering the desired products to the desired location, if by any reason the customer is not satisfied with the products or services, on account of
  • Shipped wrong products.
  • Not as per specification.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged during transit.
  • 15 days or monthly billing system, in case of valued customers.

Intimate us within 7 days of receipt of the product at our customer care number +91 11 4357 8347 (Timing: 9 AM-6 PM Daily), or mail us contactus@francolin.in , we will not ask you to courier us back like most other companies, we want to keep things simple, just tell us, we get it picked from your location and replace it with the desired product. In case the replacement of the product is not available we will issue a credit note to you which can be used for future purchases.

Since we ship fresh products to the customers, we kindly request customers to keep following things in mind while making return request.

  • Products must be undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered i.e. it should have Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Manuals, and all accessories.
  • Original manufacturer's containers must not be damaged.

 

Privacy Policy

Privacy of each individual or organization is their property and no one has any right to divulge any information without their consent. We at francolin too believe in this and ensure to maintain a complete confidentiality of details shared with us and assure you of not sharing it with any third party.

We require certain details for our registration purpose e.g. name, designation, Company’s name and address, email etc.

Since we are not an open retail store like others, we provide an extra line of comfort to our customers by signing non-disclosure agreement with them at the time of joining.


Regarding financial transaction - francolin.in does not accept any financial transaction on its servers. On initiation of payment customers are transferred to our payment gateway and all the vital information are entered there and not on our website, and are transmitted to their respective bank’s servers. Our payment gateway is a third party who is bound by a non-disclosure agreement with us.

www.francolin.in is an online platform not only for ordering the office supplies but also a showcase for the products of different manufacturers.

All the images on the portal and the descriptions are as provided by the respective manufacturer, and are the property of the manufacturer. Sometimes actual product can be differ from the image supplied. Any difference in actual product and description will be as per manufacturer. Any change in packaging, pricing and minimum quantity will be as per the changes done by manufacturer. Any warranty or guaranty will be honored by manufacturer only.

We encourage online but no worries for offline customers as both purchases will be counted for point’s calculation. We encourage regular redemption of points earned as the points earned expire after two years of enrolling for program.
